The City of Somerton’s Personnel Committee advises the Mayor and Councilmembers on matters relating to personnel policies and practices, compensation and benefits, labor relations, employee relations, staffing and organizational structure. The committee normally meets on an as-needed basis only.

A copy of the agenda will be posted on the City Hall bulletin board, the City website and is available upon request at the City Clerk’s Office, 24 hours in advance of a scheduled meeting.
