REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the instructions that are on your summons form. You may also contact Jury Office at (928) 817-4266.
Call the Court Jury Line at (928) 817-4266 after 5:00 pm the day before you are expected to appear to ensure that your appearance is still required.
Jurors are to report to the Somerton Municipal Court located at 350 Main Street, Somerton, Arizona no later than 8:15 a.m. You must pass through Security screening prior to entering the Court, please arrive with sufficient time to complete the screening process and check-in. Please bring your Jury Summons with you and a valid picture identification.
To be excused from Jury Duty, call the Jury Office at (928) 817-4257 or (928) 817-4258 at least 2 business days prior to the date and time listed on your summons. All persons requesting to be excused shall provide proper documentation to support their request. Excuses are not granted based on religion or moral beliefs, status or business proprietors, or profession. Excuses may be granted for those who do not read, write or understand English and for those who suffer from a severe physical or mental illness.
