The Somerton Police Department staff works for a wonderful community, and we would like to assist you. If you have any Special Needs family members. You may register them with the Somerton Police Department or you can visit us at the Somerton Public Safety Building at 445 E. Main Street.
In the past, we have encountered residents who have a difficult time communicating their name, address, etc. We would like to have the information from you, to help your loved one, return home safely.
This information will be for Law Enforcement use only, you just need to fill out the above form.
A photograph of your loved one would be very helpful. Please note this is not the same program as the Senior "Are you okay program."
