Main Street Redevelopment Plan

The primary objective of this Plan is to improve the Redevelopment Area through redevelopment and rehabilitation of substandard and deficient buildings, to eliminate blighting influences, to mitigate environmental concerns, to modify and improve the infrastructure and transportation systems and to improve public parking, pedestrian and recreational amenities.
